I love these little recaps, because it forces me to go back and look and remember everything from a couple months ago. Summer was so great to look back on! It went by quickly, but was filled with so much fun in between the work days that it honestly felt perfectly balanced. We handled real estate and three kids home with ease somehow. The project of summer was definitely the North Georgia cabin, but it’s done and ready for Fall rentals! The girls had weeks of summer camps, weeks of their sports and weeks of relaxing. We got all our listings under contract or sold and buyers under contract and secured to properties they wanted. Plus, we finally got around to pushing out marketing materials again and finishing up some of our own personal house projects. School started back up and a super busy week to week routine has come along with it, but it’s been great so far and making the weeks fly by. A couple years ago... we actually did it. 🫶🏻 I’ll admit I’m a little biased, but Riverchase is still one of my favorite neighborhoods in the Birmingham area. What really sold us, though, was everything outside the house. Golf cart rides to the club. Watching our kids at the playground. Summer afternoons at the pool. Weekly golf evenings as family. Tennis clinics (I’m on a league now!), pickleball courts nearby and neighbors who actually know each other.🥰 And somehow, you’re still only about 5 minutes from the Galleria Mall, great restaurants, grocery stores, I-459 and just about everything Hoover has to offer. For our family, Riverchase has been more than a neighborhood—it’s become home. It’s tucked inside McLemore Resort on Lookout Mountain, just steps from two incredible golf courses, mountain views that never get old, and one of our favorite places to slow down.
