July is traditionally the slowest summer month in real estate and yet it was the busiest one we have had in years. 👏🏻😅 Grateful and Thankful doesn’t even accurately describe my feelings about it… from the last minute requests for showings on houses, to the referrals from other agents to us out of no where and then unexpectedly earning listings and securing offers immediately on those properties - it’s been a solid successful month in Alabama real estate. 🫶🏻

I think the month of September we dissociated and the whole month has become one big blur. 😅 We must have been in survival mode on steroids to have now made it out on the other side …so glad I have pictures and videos to remind me of everything we accomplish. August was the month that melted away! 🫠😅 It’s an exhausting one for many reasons, but also an exciting month. Summer ends and School begins! Sports in the evenings with humidity ranges making temps feel like they are in the triple digits. The last of summer fun and trips before everyone goes into the Fall season mindset.
