3. Please clean your property the way that you would expect to walk into another home that is for sale. Buyers make first impressions based on clutter and cleanliness.

4. We will need to stop by a few days prior to shoot some quick vids for marketing purposes.

5. You will see two options below. The first one is for a one-time showing agreement. We need this to be on the up & up with our brokerage and you.

6. If you like the way we operate, you can use the second option to go ahead and get the listing process rolling!
